The Cursor extension is just a UI layer. All the magic happens in our API—the Jira integration, context resolution, and workflow automation. The extension is free to install; you pay for the API service that powers it.
Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely! The Free tier lets you explore tickets and search issues. You'll get a feel for how backl0g works before upgrading to create and update tickets.
How is billing handled for teams?

Billing is tied to your GitHub organization or Jira site, not individual users. This means easy onboarding—new team members automatically get access when they connect.
What happens if I hit my daily limit?

You'll see a friendly message suggesting an upgrade. Read operations (explain, search) will still work. Limits reset at midnight UTC.
Do you store my Jira data?

No. Jira is the source of truth. We fetch data live when you request it and send updates directly to Jira. We don't maintain any database of your tickets.
